The problem
The charming SPA hotel faced a disjointed print presence that failed to convey its signature luxury hospitality to guests at every on-site touchpoint.
Without cohesion between menus, in-room guides, spa brochures, and signage, the experience felt fragmented rather than fully immersive. This also led to frequent guest questions and confusion navigating amenities.
Our solution
As Art Director, I provided comprehensive creative leadership across print materials to align the hotel’s physical environment with their ambitious rebranding. We crafted an experiential flow connecting bespoke brochures, refreshed menus, and clear environmental signage with shared branding cues.
The result
Guests praised the new products for elevating and personalizing their stay through thoughtful design, reducing the need for reception assistance. This increased awareness led to more internal bookings, such as SPA treatments.
