Problem:

URBANAUTS GmbH, an Austrian hotel group expanding into France, faced hurdles in launching their new project due to language barriers.

Solution:

Engaged from February 2023, I facilitated seamless collaboration between the Austrian company and the French hotel. This involved overseeing company creation, identifying suppliers, handling employee recruitment, and managing legal communication in both French and German.

Result:

The Chevalier Bleu Hotel successfully opened its doors in August 2023, welcoming its first guests during the summer of the same year.
